In today’s video, I will show you 6 core exercises to do to get and maintain a strong core. Each exercise should be performed for 40 seconds just 1 time each for beginners. For the more advanced gymgoers, these exercises should be performed 3 times for 40 seconds. Always rest for at least 30 seconds or for however long you need to recover.
